WORK EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

  1. Participated in the research training activities of the “CSIR programme on Youth for Leadership in Science (CPYLS), 2008” organized by North- East Institute of Science & Technology, Jorhat, Assam during November 5-6, 2008.
  2. Completed the Summer Internship Programme under INSPIRE scholarship in CSIR North-East Institute of Science & Technology (NEIST), Jorhat, Assam from 01-06-2012 to 30-06-2012 under the supervision of Dr. P. C. Sarmah, Head of the Electronics & Instrumentation Division. The title of the research work was “Studies on passive & active components of circuits, construction of a power supply & measurement of current-voltage properties of a semiconducting material with gas sensing effect”.
  3. Completed the Summer Internship Programme under INSPIRE scholarship in Centre of Plasma Physics Institute of Plasma Research (CPP-IPR) Assam from 03-06-2013 to 22-07-2013 under the supervision of Dr. M. Kakati, Head of the Thermal Plasma Process Materials Laboratory, CPP-IPR. The title of the research work was “Optical Emission Spectroscopic Studies of Thermal Plasma”.
  4. Completed the Summer Research Fellowship programme under the supervision of Dr. Shivprasad Patil, Indian Institute of Science Education & Research, Pune during June-July 2014 which was jointly sponsored by IASc (Bangalore), INSA (New Delhi) and NASI (Allahabad). The title of the research work was “Interferometer using Small Amplitude Atomic Force Microscopy”.
  5. Participated in the international workshop on “Biosensing Principles and Technologies” organized by Global Initiative of Academic Networks, MHRD, Government of India at Tezpur university during 22nd June to 2nd July, 2016.
  6. Participated in the 60th Accelerator Users Workshop and presented BTR-2 proposal entitled “Ion transport studies in ionic liquid doped metal organic framework based polymer electrolyte nanocomposites and swift heavy ion irradiation effects” held on July 5-8, 2016 at Inter- University Accelerator Centre (IUAC), New Delhi.
  7. Participated in the research training workshop on “Concept & Practice of Materials Characterization” organized by Department of Physics, IIT Patna during 24th -26th November, 2016.
